Refund Policy

  1. We do not accept returns of food products. If the item is defective or damaged please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by following the procedure below.
  2. To save you the cost of return freight take a photo of the defective or damaged item and with a copy of your tax invoice please email to in the subject of your email please state defective product. For further information please call 02 6642 1266.
  3. Upon receipt of your email request we will examine the photo and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement as a result of the defect or damage. If you are entitled to refund or replacement we will replace the product including shipping costs or refund the purchase price not including shipping costs using the original method of payment.
